End of Absence (不在の果て Fuzai no hate?) is the tenth episode of Shirogane no Ishi Argevollen, it first aired in Japan on September 4, 2014.
Synopsis[]
Lieutenant Ukyo Samonji and Major Sargent Saori Suzushiro are both recalled to headquarters while the rest of the 8th Autonomous Unit heads to Wishpe for some rest, which happens to be Masaru Okui's hometown. The mechanics work on the ARGEVOLLEN while everyone relaxes, doing their own thing in town. Soon afterwards an Ingelmia force invades the city. Without any senior officer present, Okui takes command. He organizes an evacuation of the civilians from Wishpe, but due to his inexperience, Lorenz Giuliano and Silfy Appleton encounter enemy Trail Kriegers. Meanwhile the ARGEVOLLEN is still being worked on, they decide to use another part for now to get it moving again. Tokimune Susumu is able to hold off the rest of the enemy, and once everyone is across the bridge, he makes a run for it. Due to being to far forward, he is caught in the detonation of the bridge and nearly falls into the river.
